AREY is built around a simple conviction: the most valuable work begins before the obvious answer. We look across disciplines, cultures and contexts to find the signal others miss, then turn that signal into something clear, considered and consequential.
We are interested in the space between ideas and execution — where judgment matters, where taste becomes strategy, and where seemingly unrelated worlds can create unexpected opportunity.

Draft status: This Terms of Use page is being prepared for AREY and will be finalized and reviewed by AREY legal counsel before publication.
The final terms will govern access to and use of the AREY website and will address permitted use, intellectual property, trademarks, third-party links and materials, communications, disclaimers, limitation of liability, amendments, governing law and other applicable provisions. The final document will be tailored to AREY's actual business, services and website practices.
AREY's principal location for this website is intended to be identified as Toronto, Canada. Corporate name, legal address, notice address and other contact particulars will be inserted when confirmed. Legal inquiries may be directed to areylegal@use.startmail.com.
LEGAL / PRIVACY
Privacy, by design.
Draft status: The AREY Privacy Policy will be finalized before launch and will describe the personal information AREY actually collects, why it is collected and disclosed, retention, safeguards, individual access and correction rights, complaints, and the appropriate Canadian privacy-law framework.
AREY will not publish generic privacy boilerplate or describe tracking technologies that the site does not actually use.
LEGAL / ACCESSIBILITY
Designed to be accessible.
Draft status: AREY intends to maintain an accessible website and will provide a mechanism for visitors to identify accessibility barriers and request assistance or accommodation.
The final accessibility statement will identify the applicable standard, contact mechanism and any known limitations after the production site has completed accessibility QA.
LEGAL / SECURITY
Security and responsible disclosure.
AREY maintains security practices appropriate to the website and its operating environment. The repository also contains a SECURITY.md policy for reporting security concerns.
